An absolutely perfect stay! Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms including very modern nice bathrooms and comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special, including upgrading my room and then moving me to a quieter area and bigger room when the room next to me had a dog that would not stop barking. There was no street noise at night and the hotel is in a perfect area - safe, by the waterfront, surrounded by cute shops/restaurants, and walking distance to the Pike Place Market and other attractions. I even walked to the space needle and back from the hotel. The bookstore bar/restaurant downstairs serves breakfast and dinner and has fun decor. An overall perfect stay! Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will stay here again next time I am in Seattle.

I traveled to Seattle to meet up with friends visiting Seattle for a wedding. we selected the Alexis Royal Sonesta for our hotel during our 2-night stay. location was great. I took light rail from the airport and walked 3 blocks to the hotel. I had a room in the Annex, adjoining building. my room was very spacious, well-appointed, and extremely quiet. Front desk staff were wonderful, welcoming, and helpful. We made use of the breakfast in the bar in the mornings: coffee, pastries, yogurt, not included. In the evenings, many restaurants were within walking distance. The Seattle Museum of Art was very close by, but was closed on the days of our visit. The hotel offers good access to public transportation and sites of interest are within walking distance.

The property and room I had was amazing! Such a gorgeous view and the location was literally perfect! I would like to give a HUGE kudos to “ALICE” at the front desk. She was beyond kind, generous and truly understanding. She had 100% to do with my incredible stay through her pure act of kindness and ability to read your mind as to your needs and mood. She did everything humanly possible to start my stay out with a very positive vibe and comfort! I could not say more about this wonderful women who proved to me that our world is still filled with good, honest, KIND people who truly want to make life better! Thank you Alice!!!

The location was perfect -- a short walk down to the waterfront and close to all of the tourist sites. Easy to get around on foot. Ubers were prompt for longer rides. I upgraded to a suite and it was huge! More space than I really needed, but it was a very pleasant surprise. Coffee maker in the room was great for morning before embarking on my day. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. Very comfortable bed. Great design in the room with nice, upscale furnishings.

Todd

Very nice location in a nice building. Comfy bed and shower. Good sized room with large windows. Bar and breakfast room right in the building were convenient and attractive spaces. TV was good quality and a nice size. Price reflected these attributes, but was not out of line for similar lodgings in downtown Seattle. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
